We were lucky to have Joe from SERVPRO of East Naples come out to our house and take a look at some concerns we have of potential mold surrounding our Air ducts. He was very knowledgeable and we are happily following his lead going forward.

We called into the SERVPRO Corporate number and was directed to SERVPRO of East Naples regarding a concern of mold in our bathroom. Joe came out immediately on a Saturday and took his time answering as many questions about our concerns we had. He was able to educate us on the process to take going forward and as we have we have come to a wonderful result and conclusion.

SERVPRO of East Naples is in the process of a large mold mitigation in our condo and they have been extremely professional to work with!
